Where Mountains Breathe is a unique handmade artist book exploring the quiet relationship between landscape, memory and movement.

Created from original monoprints, drawings and layered mark-making, each page reveals fragments of botanical forms, mountain silhouettes and organic structures that unfold slowly as the book is opened. Rather than telling a linear story, the work invites the viewer to wander through shifting spaces, allowing unexpected connections to emerge.

The book was inspired by time spent walking through mountain landscapes, where the boundary between observation and imagination gradually disappears. Marks become traces of movement, plants resemble geological forms, and empty spaces are given as much importance as the printed image itself.

Every page has been printed, assembled and hand-bound by the artist, making this a unique, one-of-a-kind artwork.
