Returns and Cancellations

Due to the unique nature of my work (limited editions, handmade pieces), I do not offer returns or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Complaints

If your package arrives damaged or if the product has a technical defect, please contact me within 5 days of receiving the package.
Please include photos documenting the issue.

Each case is reviewed individually.
